One of our favorite weekends of the fall! Despite not so fabulous weekend, we always seem to make the most of it!
Momma hit the ski sale and found Tuck some skis, poles and a jacket! I also found a few other treasures...
The kids really love biking the Narrow Gauge trail so we put Mckins in her stroller, kids on the bikes and headed south on the trail. Brooklie was on her pedal bike and she is just so amazing! We found a cool spot to picnic near the rocks and feed Mckins, then the two big kids and Mommy got to bike the next 4 miles until Dad and Mckins met us on the trail. Brooke pedaled a good 80% of it, I was so impressed! Tuck said he was nervous for her when she got close to the river.... she did but was in total control of her bike. It's such a great trail!
We were able to spend some time with Mimi, Poppi, Nahne and the twins at dinner and in the condo. Tuck remembered the condo but Brooke was so little last time we were there. It's fun having all the cousins together, even having so many so young!!
Tuck, Brooke and their friend Levi ran in the kids uphill mountain race on the Landing. The kids did really well and finished the short course in no time. They received ribbons for running and were very proud!

No Sugarloaf trip is complete without a hike up West Mtn. to the falls. We hiked up with the Hayman's and had fun throwing sticks in the river. Nahne, Pops and the kids also met us up there and we hung out on the rocks and took a bunch of pictures, of course!
The rest of the weekend was a mixture of resting at camp and playing with Levi, Caleb and the family at their camp, a few miles away. The kids didn't want to leave the area but we said we'd try to get back up another weekend to bike, hike and explore!
